Does Ember handle HDB renovation permits?
Ember is an HDB registered renovation contractor. We identify works that require approval and coordinate the relevant submission before those works begin.
Can you manage both design and renovation?
Yes. Space planning, design development, material selection, detailed drawings, scheduling and site coordination can be managed as one connected scope.
How early should I start planning?
Start before key collection or before your intended construction date. More planning time gives you room to resolve layout, scope, budget and approvals without rushing expensive decisions.
Can you work with an existing floor plan or design idea?
Yes. Bring your floor plan, references and priorities. We will test them against circulation, storage, services, site constraints and the renovation scope.
What should I prepare for the first conversation?
